MUSIC NEWS:
Lorde’s Australian tour postponed due to illness
It is with much regret that Frontier Touring announce that Lorde has had to postpone her upcoming Australian tour, scheduled to commence in Melbourne this Thursday 24 April.
Under doctor’s advice, Ella Yelich-O’Connor will return to New Zealand for immediate rest and recuperation in order to regain complete health and continue touring for the rest of the year. “It breaks my heart to have to postpone these shows as the band and I absolutely love playing to Australian crowds, and it was not a decision we made lightly. I know I need to focus on getting better in order to perform at my best. We’ll be with you as soon as we can, Aussies.” - Ella Yelich-O’Connor Rescheduled dates are being presently worked on for Lorde’s Australian tour and will be announced as soon as possible. If the new dates are not suitable, rest assured you will be able to secure a refund. Frontier Touring is encouraging fans to hold on to their tickets, however the option to secure a refund is now available via the official ticketing agency you purchased from. Patrons will be able to secure a refund for the value of their tickets and fees and charges incurred in purchasing the ticket.  More updates on the rescheduling of the Australian dates will be made available via www.frontiertouring.com/lorde and www.facebook.com/frontiertouring as soon as available.

JUST ANNOUNCED:
This year will see the triumphant return of the mighty, the fearless THE BRONX, all the way from Los Angeles, California. Brandishing their ability to kill it, to slay it, to turn it up like absolutely no other rock’n’roll band on the face of the planet is capable of doing, The Bronx have taken brutal party music to a new level, and honed it over four albums into something utterly irresistible. The release of the anticipated, huge fourth album from The Bronx (IV) was greeted with ecstasy in 2013, AV Club pointing out: "The Bronx has turned rage and desperation into a perpetual state of being—and (IV) into a monument not just of survival, but also evolution."Let’s not forget that The Bronx are possibly the only rock’n’roll band in the world that can morph at will into a fully kitted out, very capable and entertaining Mariachi band alter-ego: Mariachi El Bronx. The Bronx have triumphed over the Big Day Out and Groovin’ The Moo festival’s, and ensnared new devotees every step of the way with their visceral, soul-shakin’ live shows. This time around The Bronx will be inciting riots  in Sydney, Melbourne (at 170 Russell) and Brisbane, and crossing the Bass Strait for a very special Hobart headlining performance, as part of MONA’s expertly curated and highly anticipated DARK MOFO Festival program.    Joining The Bronx on this winter journey: Melbourne’s frenetic hair-raisers HIGH TENSION. Born from the ashes of celebrated disco-punks Young & Restless and featuring members of The Nation Blue, these local legends released their debut album to much praise in 2013, and have just returned from turning bars into brutal mood caves at SxSW. Frontman Karina Utomo’s banshee scream and imposing stage presence, mingled with guitarist Ash Pegram’s fearless riffage will give The Bronx a run for their money when it comes to delivering an entertaining live show. The Bronx are famous for leaving a trail of exhausted, boozy, sweaty and supremely satisfied bodies in their wake. Raise your hands high and worship the masters of rock ‘n’ roll.
